At the Kings and Queens Journal of Mathematical Modeling and Applied Analytics (KQJMMAA), we are committed to the rigorous and timely assessment of scholarly work. Every manuscript submitted to our journal undergoes a structured peer-review process to ensure the quality, relevance, and academic integrity of research in the fields of mathematical modeling, data science, applied mathematics, and analytics. The process is guided by the following principles:
- Submissions must be original and must not be under consideration by any other journal at the time of submission. Simultaneous submissions are not permitted.
- Manuscripts that do not align with the scope and focus areas of the journal—such as quantitative modeling, optimization techniques, computational analysis, or real-world applications—will not be reviewed.
- Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant domain, selected by the editorial team based on their subject matter expertise.
- When additional evaluation is required, the editorial board may seek input from more reviewers. Authors will be duly notified in such cases.
- Final decisions on acceptance, revision, or rejection are made by the Editors-in-Chief, based on reviewers' feedback and the overall scholarly contribution of the manuscript. Authors are informed of decisions in a timely and respectful manner.
- All submissions are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers and editors are expected to maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process.
- Any editor or reviewer who has a potential conflict of interest—whether due to collaborative work, academic relationships, or competing interests—must disclose this and withdraw from the evaluation process to preserve impartiality. No information obtained during peer review may be used for personal or professional gain.
- KQJMMAA operates under a single-blind review system, in which reviewers remain anonymous to the authors, preserving the integrity and objectivity of the review process.
